Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully as this is a binding agreement between AB Studio (“we,” “us”) and you (“User” or “you”). These Terms apply to your access and use of the Uno AI chatbot (“Service”) via alexbobeda.com or affiliated platforms.

1. Personal Data

- No Storage: Voice/text inputs are processed in real-time through end-to-end encryption and never stored.
- Anonymized Analytics: Interaction patterns (e.g., response accuracy) may be aggregated for service improvement, excluding identifiers.
- LGPD Compliance: Request data access/deletion via hello@alexbobeda.com within 10 business days.

2. Updates and Modifications

- Updates take effect immediately upon posting on alexbobeda.com or @abstudio social channels.
- Material changes (e.g., data policy shifts) announced 15 days prior via website banners.

3. Use of Services

- Permitted: Non-commercial, individual interactions via voice/text under 60 seconds.
- Prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, API scraping, or automated queries
• Generating harmful/illegal content or harassment
• Commercial resale of outputs without written consent

4. Content and Use

- Ownership: You retain rights to inputs; we claim no ownership of user-generated content.
- AI Limitations: Outputs may contain errors – verify critical info independently.
- Content Rules: Prohibit hate speech, spam, or LGPD-violating material (Art. 7°).

5. Limitation of Liability

AB Studio is not liable for:
- Service interruptions beyond our control (e.g., Vercel outages)
- Damages from reliance on AI-generated content
- Third-party misuse of chatbot outputs

6. Termination

- We may suspend access for Terms violations without notice
- No data return obligation (none stored)
- Survival clauses: Sections 1, 4-6 remain post-termination
